Vendor Booth Registration

Thank you for considering partnering with us on our 3rd annual Xtreme Family Fun day as a vendor in our Vendor Alley. Our Xtreme Family Fun day will once again focus on education, health and FUN! The day begins with a 5K/10K Run and flows into our NEW Timed Maze Competition. After completing this challenge, participants can head over to the Activity and Amusement Center to enjoy inflatables, games and the excitement of additional competition. Throughout the day, attendees can participate in the Amazing Mystery Race for clues found in Vendor Alley as they compete for cash and prizes to be announced from the stage.

This is a great opportunity for businesses that target parents of school aged children, teachers and school staff and local community groups and other local businesses. We have designed Vendor Alley with the intention of having one spot with direct access to all participants and spectators. As a paid vendor in Vendor Alley, you will be given a 10’x10’ area to display your business.

Because of the limited of spots we have and how quickly they go, we will only be able to guarantee your spot once we have received your registration fee. "Vendor Alley" booth spots begin as low as $125 and featured booth spots are available for $250. Our Vendor Alley gives you prime spots along the entrance to the venue. You also have the choice of several upgrades if you choose to do so. You will have the opportunity to provide items to go in all the participant bags that we will be handing out before the event and during the event. We ask that ALL vendors provide a gift or gift card valued at or above $25 to be used in our Amazing Mystery Race competition where contestants will compete to visit and learn about as many of the vendors as possible. 

  •  *If you would like to participate in providing items to go in the participant bags, please let me know and make sure you have dropped off your items no later than Friday, September 4th to the Board of Education.
  •  Paulding Education Foundation provides the 10’x10’ space. Please bring your own set up.
  •  All booths are required to be set up no later than 7:30AM and will be able to breakdown no earlier than Noon.
  • Power is available upon request to certain booths but we do not provide extension cords and connections.
  •  Activities and attractions are encouraged at vendor booths as long as they do not impede other booths or participants
  •  Businesses will be able to promote their business through the distribution of printed marketing material, gifts, tchotchkes and samples.
  •  Each business is encouraged to take orders, obtain contact information and direct potential buyers to their website. However, no transactions can be conducted onsite during the event due to regulations.

Participants and spectators can also enjoy various stage performances. Last year, we had over 1600 participants and over 100 youth and adult volunteers. This year, we are expecting between 2,000-2,500 attendees and over 60 businesses represented.

If you purchase one of the thee items below, you acknowledge and agree to the above guidelines.  You understand the guidelines are designed to ensure the integrity of the Paulding Education Foundation and its events.

Xtreme Family Fun day brings together members of our community in a positive way to raise money for our local schools. Funds raised from this event directly support Paulding County schools by funding the $2,500 grants requested by each school. The Paulding Education Foundation seeks to fund each of these requests, which total more than $82,000.
